Keep a photocopy of your registration form.

Those wishing to be roommates must mail their registration forms and fees in the same envelope.

Please note the $10.00 registration fee. Be sure to add that in as you figure your grand total.

The deadline for registering is December 21, 2009.

Classes will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.  An 80% refund will be given if written cancellation is received by December 28, 2009.  A full refund will be given for cancelled classes, or you may choose to take another class of equal value.

Registration will not be complete until all fees are paid in full. A $100.00 fee and your first-born child will be charged for any participant-initiated changes after we have processed your registration.

Confirmation and registration materials will be sent to you upon successful completion of your registration.

Lodging Packages:

There are 5 choices for lodging packages this year. Details are on the registration form. The rooms are all non-smoking. We have a food package for those who stay elsewhere. For single meals we suggest you try the Lodge restaurant. We also offer a Friday Dinner and Lecture special for those who cannot attend Winterfest but who would like to meet Kim Diehl, popular quilt and fabric designer.
